Find and download video, audio and streams on most pages. Quality picker, HLS and DASH support, no tracking by default. Simply Video Downloader Pro helps you save videos, audio, live streams and poster images from many websites. It brings everything it finds together in one simple panel, so you can choose exactly what you want. EASY TO USE 1. Open a page with the video or audio you want. 2. Start playing it if it is not found right away. 3. Click the extension icon. 4. Choose an item and click Download. For the quickest option, Download automatically chooses the best available quality. You can also open the quality list and choose a smaller version. Save every item shown in the panel at once, or save only the audio when that is all you need. Larger downloads show their progress as they are saved. Finished downloads include a convenient "Show in folder" link, and failed downloads can be tried again. MORE HELPFUL FEATURES • Record a live stream by pressing Record, then press Stop when you are done • Turn on an optional download button that appears over videos on the page • Filter the results to quickly find videos, audio, streams or images • Choose from light and dark themes and two comfortable layout sizes • Use keyboard controls for faster browsing and downloading PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your downloads are handled on your own device. You do not need an account, and your settings stay in your browser. The list of media found on a page is cleared when you close that tab. There is an optional setting that lets you share the address of a page when the extension has trouble finding media. This helps us improve support for more websites. The setting is off by default, and the extension works without it. If you leave it off, nothing is shared while you browse. You can change your choice at any time in Settings. PLEASE NOTE The extension cannot download protected content or get around paywalls. YouTube downloads are not supported. Please download only content you own or have permission to save, and follow the rules of the website you are using.
