Open the side panel on any professional page (a LinkedIn people search, a GitHub user list, a portfolio, or a community directory) and Scout reads the page on your click to surface publicly-listed candidates, score their fit against your open role, and draft outreach in seconds. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Scout this page: turn the profiles on the page you are viewing into ranked, fit-scored candidates for your open role. - Find scouting avenues: get ready-made search links for where to source a given role across the open web. - Draft outreach: generate a tailored first message to a candidate, right from the panel. - Stays out of your way: it is a side panel, so there are no pop-ups and no tab-switching. HOW IT WORKS Scout only reads a page when you click "Scout this page." It sends that page's visible text to your Continuity1 Gateway account for analysis, and signs in with your existing Gateway session, so there is no extra password. It never reads pages in the background and never collects your browsing history. Requires a Continuity1 Gateway account (recruit.continuity1.com).
