See incoming calls and texts from any site, and file Gmail conversations and documents to the right MoldInspectorPro job. MoldInspectorPro brings your company workspace alongside Gmail and supported product pages. An existing MoldInspectorPro account is required. Link selected emails to customers and jobs, or import email text and selected attachments. Keep vendor and organization identities separate from the customers their messages concern. Search existing records, add notes, review AI suggestions, and see related correspondence and documents. Optional Gmail authorization enables selected-conversation import and synchronization. Use the Chrome side dock for Today, Current, Activity, and Search, with shortcuts to your calendar, leads, messages, jobs, quotes, and invoices. Email activity distinguishes sent and received messages, filing events, and possible opens. Tracking is optional for enabled business sender addresses; image proxies cannot identify the reader. On supported Amazon and Home Depot product pages, review product details and an available image before saving to your company catalog or linking to a job. Saving a product does not create a purchase or receive inventory. Other page excerpts can be reviewed before you request AI analysis. Page capture is user initiated. Version 0.1.11 adds company-scoped incoming calls and texts to the toolbar popup on any site, with optional desktop notifications and caller actions. Your company’s validated custom domain is used for workspace links. An authorized company account is required; notification preferences are adjustable.
