Simple click2dial relying on your operating system's capabilities to handle tel-links. Looking for a simple click2dial handler for your desk or softphone? Are you tired of CTI/click2dial extensions requiring that you use a very specific phone system? You can stop searching! This extension will take the number you've highlighted and handle it like a "tel:"-Link, passing it onto your operating system to complete the call. So if you already have a working handler for "tel:"-Links, this will help you make quick CTI calls. No highlighting of numbers on the active page and only a minimum of number processing is happening: - All characters other than numbers, +, ( and ) are removed - If the remaining number starts with a + and has a (0) in the number, the (0) will be dropped.
