Description
One-click bug capture — record screen, console, network, and user actions, then share a repro link. Proov — the bug report that reproduces itself. "I can't reproduce it." It's the sentence that stalls every fix, frustrates every customer, and turns a five-minute bug into a week of back-and-forth. Proov makes it disappear. Press Record, do the thing that went wrong, press Stop. Proov quietly captures the whole story — a screen video plus the console, every network request and response, every click and keystroke, a snapshot of the page, and the environment it all happened in. The result is a single link the person on the other end can replay and scrub straight to the moment things broke. No screenshots. No "what were the exact steps?" No guessing. Who it's for Testers and QA — file a bug in one click, with all the evidence already attached. Support and success teams — capture a customer's issue without asking them for screenshots and steps. Product managers and designers — record a confusing flow or a layout glitch and hand it off with full context. Developers — open one link, replay the exact failure, and send it straight to your tracker. Whatever your role, Proov turns "it's broken" into proof everyone can see. How it works Capture — record a tab, your whole screen, or take a screenshot. The console, network activity, and clicks are recorded alongside the video, automatically. Trim and annotate — clip the video to just the moment that matters, draw arrows and boxes on screenshots, blur anything sensitive, and add a title. Replay — in the dashboard, the video plays in sync with a timeline of everything that happened, so you can scrub straight to the problem. Share and resolve — send a link that anyone can open with no account, drop it in Slack, or file it as an issue with the repro steps already written. What makes Proov different The whole picture, not just a video. Full request and response details, expandable error traces, a snapshot of the page, and a step-by-step trail of every action. From report to regression test in one click. Turn a recorded session into a runnable Cypress or Playwright test, so a one-off bug becomes a check that keeps it from coming back. File it anywhere. Send a recording straight to GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linear, or Jira with a summary, steps, and a replay link attached. No tracker connected? Copy a ready-made issue and paste it anywhere. Shareable GIFs. Turn a short clip into a link that plays inline in Slack, Jira, and your issue tracker. A real replay workspace. A synced timeline, a mouse-movement heatmap, a network inspector, and comments pinned to the exact second. AI bug summaries (Team plan). One click for a plain-language summary of what went wrong and how to reproduce it. Made for teams. Shared workspaces, assignment, statuses, tags, and automatic grouping of repeat errors so you can see what's breaking most. Privacy comes built in, on by default Proov captures deeply and redacts automatically, right in your browser, before anything is uploaded: Sensitive data like passwords, credit-card fields, and security tokens is detected and hidden for you — nothing to remember, nothing to toggle. You choose exactly what gets recorded: which console levels, which kinds of network requests, and whether response data is captured at all — or switch on Safe Mode for a privacy-first capture in one click. Shared links never expose raw request or response data, and you can revoke any link the moment you're done. Free and Team Start free — capture, replay, public share links, issue filing, and one-click test generation are all included. Upgrade to Team for AI summaries, password-protected and expiring links, alerts in Slack, and unlimited teammates and history. A note on permissions Proov only records the tab or screen you choose, and only while you are actively recording — a live indicator is always visible. It never runs in the background, never reads your other tabs, and never touches your browsing history or saved passwords. Sign in once with your Proov account to begin. Stop reproducing bugs. Start replaying them. Install Proov and turn your next "it's broken" into something nobody can misunderstand.
