Dreamer is a browser extension that allows you to generate new images from any image on the web. Dreamer allows you to use the Stability.ai Stable Diffusion API to directly perform image 2 image generation inside the browser. Simply right click on any image and choose "Dream from Image" and it will generate a new image in its likeness. You can also guide it using text and select any text in a webpage and generate an image out of it.
