YouTube Dislike: Audience Score and Sentiment brings the dislike vibe back, powered by Google Gemini and your own free API key. Ever wished you could see the audience reaction before watching? This extension samples YouTube comments, sends up to 60 of them to Gemini in one batched request, and shows an audience estimate (Loved, Mixed or Hated) as a native-looking badge beside the like button (a slim bar on Shorts). The popup adds a one-line summary, audience impressions and evidence-backed health flags. FEATURES: - Audience verdict on watch pages, plus a compact Shorts surface - Gemini-powered score, summary, worth-it signal, audience impressions, divisiveness and health evidence - Bring your own Google AI Studio key; the key is stored locally and used in direct requests to Google - No downloads and no local model; cached verdicts are reused for 24 hours - Configurable fetch depth (20-100); Gemini receives at most 60 sampled comments - Optional local watch history with video title, channel when available, score, worth-it signal and audience impressions PRIVACY: Up to 60 sampled comment texts and vote counts are sent to Google's Gemini API when (and only when) you have saved an API key.
