Video Watched Time Companion helps you stay aware of how much time you spend watching videos online by providing clear, real-time watch-time statistics directly on video pages. The extension displays an unobtrusive on-page timer overlay that tracks your viewing time and can show different statistics, including: Time watched in the current session Total time watched on the current site Today’s total watch time Weekly, monthly, and yearly totals You can freely choose which statistics appear in the overlay through simple toggle controls in the extension’s settings. For deeper insights, the extension also provides a statistics chart page that opens in a new tab, allowing you to review your watch-time data by site and over time. All data is processed locally in your browser. The extension does not collect, transmit, or share personal data with external servers. Video Watched Time Companion is designed for users who want better awareness of their video-watching habits and a lightweight way to manage their screen time.
