Carries your ClaimRoute 360 call notes into the claim you have open in XactAnalysis. You review and click Save yourself. ClaimRoute 360 Sync connects your Claim Route 360 adjuster workspace to the claim you have open in XactAnalysis. When you log a call or first contact in Claim Route 360, the extension: - Finds the matching claim open in XactAnalysis by assignment ID and claim number - Fills the call note into the Add Note box, or the contacted date and time into Update Status - Stops there. You review it and click Save yourself. Safety rules: it never overwrites a note you've already typed, it blocks the transfer if the claim doesn't match, and it never saves on its own. Requires a Claim Route 360 account (claimroute360.app) and your own XactAnalysis login. XactAnalysis and Xactware are trademarks of Verisk.
