Draft support replies grounded in your Epic Support knowledge base, without leaving Gmail. Epic Support Copilot drafts replies to customer emails inside Gmail, using answers from your Epic Support knowledge base. Open a customer thread and click "Draft reply". In a few seconds you get two reply drafts, each with a confidence score showing how well it's backed by your knowledge base. Click "Insert" to put one at the top of Gmail's reply box, edit it if you like, and send it yourself. The extension never sends email on its own. FEATURES • Two draft replies per thread, in different tones • Confidence score and breakdown for each draft • Warning when nothing in your knowledge base matches, so you check facts before sending • One-click insert into Gmail's reply box, or copy to clipboard • Switch between Epic Support accounts at any time REQUIREMENTS An Epic Support account (epicsupport.ai) with a Gmail mailbox connected, or an agent seat on a team that has one. PRIVACY Nothing is read or sent until you click "Draft reply". When you do, the text of the open thread is sent to Epic Support's servers to find relevant knowledge-base content, and to our AI providers to write the drafts.
