Live dubbing for the audio playing in your current tab (Gemini-powered, local build) Dubby translates the audio playing in your current tab in real time — dubbed audio and subtitles, straight to your chosen language. It runs entirely on your own Google Gemini API key; no account, no subscription, no external servers. How it works 1. Open any video or audio tab (for example YouTube) and press play. 2. Click the Dubby icon in your browser toolbar. 3. Choose your target language. 4. Press Start. Chrome shows a small capture indicator while audio is being captured. 5. Hear the translated voice over the video. Toggle Dubbed audio and Subtitles from the popup. 6. Press Stop when you are done. Recording - While dubbing, press "Record audio & subtitles" to save the session. - Press it again to stop — the MP3 and/or VTT files are saved to your Downloads folder (allow the downloads permission the first time).
