Send CVs from any webpage straight into your FillRate CRM. FillRate CV Importer — Send CVs to your CRM in seconds Stop copying and pasting candidate details by hand. FillRate CV Importer lets recruiters send CVs from any webpage straight into FillRate, where AI automatically parses the candidate's name, contact details, salary, and job history. KEY FEATURES • One-click CV import — right-click any CV link on any job board, recruitment site, or file host and send it directly to FillRate. Works on Indeed, LinkedIn, CV-Library, Reed, and anywhere else you source candidates. • AI-powered candidate creation — FillRate's AI reads the CV and fills in the candidate record automatically. No manual data entry. • Branded CV reformatting — once imported, FillRate reformats the CV in your agency's branding and generates a professional Word document ready to send to clients. • Background upload queue — upload multiple CVs at once and carry on working. A live badge on the extension icon shows how many are in progress. • Duplicate detection — if a candidate already exists in your CRM, FillRate flags it instantly so you never create duplicates. • Desktop notifications — get notified the moment each CV is imported and formatted, even if the popup is closed. • Supports PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT files up to 5MB. HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect the extension to your FillRate account using your API token (found in FillRate Settings → Integrations). 2. Browse any job board or file site as normal. 3. Right-click a CV link and select "Send CV to FillRate" — or open the popup and paste a direct file URL. 4. The candidate appears in your FillRate CRM within seconds, fully parsed and ready to place. REQUIREMENTS An active FillRate account is required to use this extension. FillRate is a CRM built specifically for UK recruitment agencies. Visit fillrate.app to learn more or apply for a founding-user account. PERMISSIONS This extension requests access to all URLs in order to detect and download CV files from any job board or file hosting site. It uses scripting to read file content from pages where CV download links are not direct file URLs (such as Indeed). No browsing data is collected or stored. Your CV files are sent only to FillRate's servers using your personal API token.
