Adds a mass delete button to Salesforce Lightning list views and related lists. Select records and delete them in one click. Salesforce Mass Delete adds a simple, safe bulk-delete capability to any Salesforce Lightning list view or related list — something Salesforce doesn't offer natively. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open any Lightning list view or related list in your Salesforce org 2. Tick the checkboxes of the records you want to delete 3. A red "🗑️ Delete Selected (N)" button appears at the bottom-right of the page 4. Click it, confirm, and the records are deleted in seconds FEATURES ✔ Works on ANY standard or custom Salesforce object ✔ Works on list views AND related lists ✔ Batches up to 200 records per API call - large selections split automatically ✔ Deleted records go to the Salesforce Recycle Bin and can be restored for up to 15 days ✔ Partial failure handling - successfully deletes what it can and tells you exactly which records failed and why ✔ Auto-refreshes the list view after deletion ✔ No login required — uses your existing Salesforce browser session ✔ Works with production orgs, sandboxes, developer editions, and scratch orgs SECURITY & PRIVACY • Zero data collection - no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking • Your data never leaves your browser except to go directly to your own Salesforce org • Minimal permissions: only requests access to *.my.salesforce.com (your org's API) and *.lightning.force.com (the Lightning UI) • All code ships with the extension - no remote code loading • Strict Content Security Policy enforced • Open source - inspect the code yourself REQUIREMENTS • A Salesforce org with Lightning Experience enabled • "API Enabled" permission on your Salesforce user profile or permission set • Delete access on the objects you want to delete • Chrome 102 or later Built by a Salesforce developer for the Salesforce community. Free and open source.
