Description
Get your site ready for WebMCP with detailed testing and tools. WebMCP Developer Tools is the easiest way to inspect, test, and debug WebMCP tools exposed by any website using the experimental navigator.modelContextTesting Web API. Built for website owners, agentic-web developers, and AI engineers shipping Model Context Protocol tools in the browser. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU CAN DO ▸ Inspect every WebMCP tool a site exposes — name, description, and full JSON input schema. ▸ Run tools manually with auto-generated argument templates. Validate inputs, see results instantly, catch broken schemas before they ship. ▸ Chat with Gemini 3 — Fast, Thinking, or Pro — and watch it chain your tools together in a real agentic workflow. Every function call, argument, and response is shown inline. ▸ Track analytics — total calls, success rate, average latency, per-tool usage bars, and a recent activity log. Spot the slow tool, the failing schema, the unused capability. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO IT'S FOR • Website owners adding WebMCP / Model Context Protocol support • AI / agent developers testing function-calling integrations • QA engineers validating tool behavior across releases • Anyone curious about the agentic web ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY Your Gemini API key is stored only in your browser's localStorage — never transmitted to us. Prompts and tool schemas you send go directly to Google's Gemini API under your own key. No analytics, no tracking, no third parties. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REQUIREMENTS ▸ Chrome 146 or higher ▸ The "WebMCP for testing" flag enabled at chrome://flags ▸ A free Gemini API key from aistudio.google.com (for chat mode) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
