Count what you still do by hand in your accounting, CRM, support and HR tools. See the week by app and the package that covers it. A tally sheet for the work that repeats, inside the tool where it happens. Open the side panel in your accounting, CRM, help desk, recruiting, e-commerce or email tool. The panel names the tool and the page you are on (bills to pay, tickets, candidates) and lists the things people do by hand there: supplier invoices keyed and coded, the same question answered again, interviews scheduled or rescheduled. Press + each time you do one. By the end of the week you have a number: how many times, in which apps, and roughly how many hours. The panel proposes the package of three ready-made automations that covers the most of it, across every app together, and one button requests an estimate: a one-page plan, in minutes, with your counts already filled in. No call at any step. Select an invoice or a lead email on any page, right-click, and the demo runs the first steps on your text. What it reads: the web address of the tab you are on, to name the tool. Nothing on the page. Your counts stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere; the estimate link carries only this week's totals, which you can edit before sending. Made by Agentmelt, a business automation studio: ready-made automations for invoices, onboarding, lead follow-up, support and reporting, installed in your own tools. agentmelt.com
