UI inspector for QA: spacing, rulers, grids, typography, colors, screenshots, responsive preview and notes. LayoutSpector is a practical UI inspection tool for QA engineers, developers, designers, and anyone who needs to verify the quality of web interfaces. The extension helps you inspect a page directly in the browser without constantly switching to DevTools. You can check element sizes, margins, padding, spacing between blocks, typography, colors, borders, border radius, layout grids, accessibility information, and other UI properties. LayoutSpector lets you pin multiple elements at the same time and compare their properties, measure distances between elements, use rulers and a configurable grid, inspect element colors or individual pixels, and check text contrast. For responsive testing, you can open mobile, tablet, and desktop views of the same page and adjust viewport sizes manually. The extension also includes screenshot tools. You can capture the full page or selected blocks, add comments, highlight areas with rectangles or arrows, save results to history, and return to them later. Screenshot history is stored separately for each page, and complete reports can be exported to HTML with screenshots and comments included.
