Description
Record browser workflows and export standalone interactive click-through demos. Turn any browser workflow into a clear, polished walkthrough with ClickPath Demo Recorder. ClickPath captures each click as a visual step, then gives you a powerful editor to add instructions, highlight important controls, redact sensitive information, record narration, simulate typed text, and refine the experience before sharing it. Export your project as an interactive HTML demo, a printable PDF guide, or a narrated video. Interactive exports are completely self-contained, so viewers don’t need ClickPath, an account, or an internet connection to open them. KEY FEATURES • Record browser workflows one click at a time • Capture additional screens, undo mistakes, pause recording, and resume in another tab • Reorder, duplicate, delete, import, and replace recorded screens • Add customizable hotspots, labels, instructions, and transitions • Permanently redact sensitive areas from exported screenshots • Add per-screen voiceovers and narration scripts • Simulate typing in captured fields without changing the actual webpage • Combine recordings or selected screen ranges in Video Studio • Export standalone interactive HTML walkthroughs • Create clean, printable PDF guides • Render narrated videos in 720p or 1080p, with WebM fallback when needed • Back up and restore fully editable ClickPath projects LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN ClickPath stores your recordings, screenshots, narration scripts, and editable projects locally in Chrome. Your browsing data and content are never uploaded by ClickPath, and no analytics are collected. The extension requests temporary access only to the tab where you explicitly start recording—not permanent access to every website you visit. BUILT FOR CLEAR, PROFESSIONAL GUIDES Use ClickPath to create: • Software walkthroughs • Employee or customer onboarding • Support and troubleshooting guides • Training resources • Process documentation • Product demonstrations • Internal how-to content Exported interactive demos can be shared directly or hosted on an approved static website. CAPTURE LIMITATIONS ClickPath records the visible area of a webpage. Chrome internal pages, browser toolbars, extension popups, the address bar, and operating-system dialogs cannot be captured as standard webpage steps.
