Autofill your ClaimHawk profile into class-action claim forms. Review every field before you submit — you always click Submit. ClaimHawk auto-fills your name, address, email, and phone into class-action settlement claim forms you file on administrator websites. The extension is the convenience layer — YOU review the values and click Submit. ClaimHawk never submits on your behalf and never touches ID uploads, receipts, or payment fields that a court-ordered form requires you to provide yourself. How it works • Sign up at claimhawk.ai and save your profile once. • Install the extension and pair it via the one-click token in Account Settings. • Visit any settlement claim form from the ClaimHawk-curated list (e.g. Tom's of Maine, Whirlpool, Trader Joe's FACTA). The extension recognizes the page, pre-fills the fields you'd otherwise type by hand, and shows a per-field undo list in the corner so you can override anything that looks wrong. • Click Submit on the admin's own site. Done. What it does NOT do • It does not submit claims on your behalf. Every submission is a deliberate click on the admin site's own button. • It does not upload or modify photo IDs, receipts, or proof documents. • It does not read or autofill sensitive Class Member ID / PIN gates — those come from a mailed notice and we explicitly skip them. • It does not send tracking data to third parties. The only outbound request is to claimhawk-api.fly.dev to fetch your own profile. Privacy • Your profile PII is encrypted at rest in ClaimHawk's database (AES-256-GCM per-field). • The extension reads your profile only when you trigger Autofill and only uses it to fill the current tab's form. • Full privacy policy: https://claimhawk.ai/privacy Questions: admin@claimhawk.ai
