Act Now is a Chrome extension that analyzes articles you are reading and recommends relevant actions you can take in your local area. When you are reading an article, the extension will check a database of events, campaigns, actions, and volunteer opportunities submitted by organizations in a geographic region relevant to you and find any that match keywords found in the article. If a match is found, a banner will be displayed with more information about how you can get involved. By connecting you to advocacy organizations and grassroots movements, Act Now can help you find ways to take part in building a better and more just future.
