Dealboard is the simple, fast deal tracker for sales teams — better than a spreadsheet, without the bloat of a CRM. This extension brings it right into Gmail. REPLY WITH YOUR TEMPLATES • A Templates button appears in Gmail's compose toolbar • One click opens your Dealboard email templates — most-used first, with search • Pick one and it drops into your draft with the recipient's name and company already filled in • Fields we can't fill are marked LOUD (FIRST_NAME) so a half-merged email never slips out • Every use is counted, so your best templates float to the top — in Gmail and in Dealboard YOUR PIPELINE, NEXT TO YOUR INBOX • Open an email and the sidebar shows the matching Dealboard deal or lead — matched by the sender's address, with a company-domain fallback • It's the real Dealboard: view activity, edit fields, change the stage, add notes — everything you can do on your phone, inside Gmail • One click opens the full deal in Dealboard PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No Google sign-in and no Google account permissions — the extension only runs on mail.google.com and talks to Dealboard's own API • You connect with a Dealboard API key that is stored locally on your device and never enters the Gmail page • The embedded sidebar uses a partitioned session that exists only inside Gmail — it never touches your normal browsing • We don't collect analytics, we don't sell data, and the extension reads only what it needs to place its buttons SET UP IN TWO MINUTES 1.
