Send a web image to Design Eye's compact annotation editor. Save the designs that catch your eye—and remember why. Design Eye brings web inspiration into your design workflow. Capture an image from Chrome, send it to the desktop app, and annotate what stands out while the idea is fresh. Capture while you browse • Right-click an image and choose “Annotate in Design Eye.” • Copy an image, then select “Annotate clipboard” in the extension. • Capture the visible page when an image can’t be downloaded directly. • Resize a copy of a large image before sending it. Your original stays unchanged. • Retry or discard a waiting capture. Keep the design and the thinking In the Design Eye desktop app, add observations, highlight specific details, and organise references into collections. Page captures include the source title and link so you can find the original again. Connect to your workflow The desktop app supports optional two-way Figma sync and automatically updates your taste.md design notes. Use the included Design Eye skill with a compatible AI agent to help it interpret your preferences and supporting references. Local and user-controlled The extension captures only when you choose an action. It doesn’t continuously monitor your clipboard or track your browsing history. Captures are sent to the Design Eye app on your computer. No analytics or advertising services are included. Desktop app required Install Design Eye for macOS 13 or later, or Windows 10/11 on a 64-bit Intel or AMD PC. Keep it running, paste your Chrome pairing code into the extension, and connect. Annotation happens in the desktop app. Download and setup: https://design-eye-beta.vercel.app/ Privacy policy: https://design-eye-beta.vercel.app/privacy/ Support: davidoiyodo@gmail.com
