Avento is a Chrome extension and web-based manager dashboard designed for call center teams who need precise, real-time visibility into how agents spend their time. For agents, Avento lives in the browser as a compact tracker. The moment they start a shift, they go online and begin logging activities with a single tap — opening a ticket, taking a break, stepping away for lunch. Each activity is timed automatically and stored with a timestamp. When working a ticket, agents enter the ticket ID directly in the extension, so every second of handling time is tied to a real case. For managers, Avento provides a live dashboard showing the entire team at a glance — who's online, how many tickets each agent has handled today, their average TMO (Time per Operation), and total break time. Clicking into any employee reveals a full activity history, filterable by date range and activity type, with the ability to edit or delete individual entries if corrections are needed.
