Description
Import Vanderbilt class schedules and safely sync selected classes to Google Calendar. Vandy Schedule to Calendar helps Vanderbilt students turn their class schedule into a clean, customizable Google Calendar in a few clicks. Import enrolled classes directly from Vanderbilt’s Search Classes page, choose which classes to include, customize event names, colors, locations, reminders, and other details, then preview and sync the results to Google Calendar. The extension can also fetch Vanderbilt’s official academic calendar to automatically determine semester start and end dates and major no-class periods such as breaks and holidays. These dates remain editable before syncing. Features: - Import enrolled classes or enrolled + waitlisted classes - Choose exactly which classes to add - Edit event names, meeting details, locations, instructors, and colors - Optional per-class reminders, off by default - Automatically fetch Vanderbilt semester start/end dates and no-class periods - Edit, disable, add, or remove break dates manually - Preview new, changed, unchanged, and removed events before updating Calendar - Update existing imported events without creating unnecessary duplicates - Remove unchecked extension-managed events safely - Keep settings and customizations separated by semester Vandy Schedule to Calendar only reads class schedule information when you explicitly use the extension on Vanderbilt’s Search Classes page. Google Calendar access is used only to create, update, and remove calendar events managed by the extension.
