Translate WhatsApp Web messages directly in your browser without sending drafts to a translation service. Flow Translate lets you translate your WhatsApp Web message before you send it. Pick a target language in the bar above the compose box and press Translate. Your draft is translated in place. When automatic translation on Enter is enabled, pressing Enter translates and sends the message. You can turn this option off in the toolbar. TRANSLATION RUNS IN YOUR BROWSER Flow Translate uses Chrome's built-in translation. Draft text is not sent to a translation service or persistently stored by the extension. Messages you send are transmitted through the normal WhatsApp flow. Internet access is needed for language pack downloads and license pairing/verification. WHAT IS READ, AND WHAT IS NOT The extension processes the draft in the compose box when you press Translate, or press Enter with automatic translation enabled. Your chat history, incoming messages and contact list are not read. The extension runs only on web.whatsapp.com. It does not activate on any other site. USING IT The first 30 translations are free. After that, the lifetime purchase you make in the Flow Translate keyboard app (App Store or Google Play) also unlocks this extension: enter the pairing code from the app into the extension popup. No separate payment is taken through the extension. REQUIREMENT Desktop Chrome 138 or newer, which is where the built-in translation feature ships. Flow Translate is an independent product.
