Rot Block treats you like an adult who wants better defaults. It quietly tracks the time you spend on each site, sorts it into distracting and productive buckets you control, and gently interrupts the doomscroll before it eats your afternoon. What it does - Time tracking by site. Every active tab is tracked locally and grouped by domain, so you can see exactly where your hours are going. - Habit prompts. When you've been on a distracting site longer than feels healthy, a small overlay asks if this is really what you meant to do. Dismiss it and move on, or close the tab and move on with your day. - Checkpoint prompts. Periodic, lightweight nudges that surface what you've spent time on.
