Records workflow steps and screen video during roleplay training to power privacy-first coaching insights. The Outdoo Workflow Training Extension is a companion tool to the full Outdoo AI Roleplay and Coaching Platform. It records workflow steps and screen video during training sessions, enabling managers and coaches to see exactly how reps navigate real tools — and deliver targeted, data-driven feedback. While the extension captures privacy-aware interaction telemetry directly in the browser, the full Outdoo platform transforms that data into actionable coaching insights. Together, they help teams ramp faster, build muscle memory on real workflows, and drive measurable performance improvement across sales, customer success, and enablement. Outdoo enables organizations to improve win rates, accelerate onboarding, and deliver consistent, scalable training grounded in how work actually gets done. Key Benefits ✔️ Record real workflows: Capture screen video and step-by-step interaction data as reps navigate CRMs, support tools, and internal systems. ✔️ Privacy-first by design: Sensitive inputs are automatically masked — passwords, personal data, and confidential fields are never recorded. ✔️ Seamless platform integration: Works hand-in-hand with the Outdoo web app — coaches start and stop captures directly from the training interface. ✔️ No disruption to daily work: Lightweight capture runs in the background with no impact on browser performance. ✔️ Actionable coaching insights: Recorded sessions power the Outdoo platform's analytics, helping coaches pinpoint skill gaps and track improvement over time. How It Works ✔️ Add to Chrome: Install the Outdoo Workflow Training Extension in seconds. ✔️ Connect to Outdoo: The extension automatically links to your Outdoo workspace — no extra setup required. ✔️ Start a Training Session: Your coach or the Outdoo platform initiates a workflow capture from the training interface. ✔️ Grant Site Access: Approve access to the specific workflow sites being recorded (e.g., your CRM or support tool) — you stay in control. ✔️ Complete the Workflow: Navigate the tool as you normally would. The extension records your screen and interaction steps in the background. ✔️ Review and Improve: Coaches review the captured session in Outdoo to deliver targeted feedback, and reps can track their own progress. Who It's For ✔️ Sales and Revenue Teams: Build workflow fluency on CRMs and sales tools to close deals faster. ✔️ Enablement Teams: Create realistic, workflow-based training content grounded in actual tool usage. ✔️ Customer Success Teams: Train reps on renewal, upsell, and support workflows with precision. ✔️ Operations and Onboarding Teams: Accelerate new-hire ramp by capturing and sharing golden workflows as training benchmarks. Why Outdoo ✔️ Workflow Simulation Training: Go beyond slides and quizzes — train on the actual tools your team uses every day. ✔️ Privacy-Aware Capture: Built-in PII masking ensures sensitive data is never recorded or transmitted. ✔️ Contextual Coaching: Insights are grounded in real workflow execution, not hypothetical scenarios. ✔️ Seamless and Lightweight: No browser slowdowns, no complex setup — just install and start capturing. ✔️ Platform-Powered Analytics: Every captured session feeds into Outdoo's coaching and performance analytics engine.
