Axel Intelligence — the real-time decision layer for modern logistics, embedded in your browser. Axel Intelligence puts your Axel dispatch data next to the dashboard you already work in. Click the toolbar icon on an Onfleet or Routific tab and the Axel panel docks to a full-height column on the right — the page reflows into the remaining width, so the panel sits beside your work instead of floating on top of it. An Axel account is required. Everything the panel shows is live data from your own organization; there is no sample or placeholder content. What you get: • Routes — the day's routes sorted by risk, so the ones most likely to miss a delivery window surface first. Completed routes drop to the bottom. A summary strip shows how the day is tracking, and where Axel has a better plan available you can review and apply it. • Alerts — a live feed of active disruptions affecting your routes, each with the recommended responses you can apply straight back to your system of record. When every monitored data source is healthy and nothing is at risk, the feed collapses into a clear all-clear state rather than an empty list. • Route detail — stops, live tracking state, corridor context, and the recent routing activity behind a given route. • Optional desktop notifications when a new disruption is detected, so you don't have to keep the panel open. Off until you turn them on, and de-duplicated so the same alert doesn't notify twice in a day. • Settings — your system-of-record connection status and the fleet-wide optimization preference Axel plans against. Built to sit alongside your existing systems rather than replace them. The panel renders inside an isolated Shadow DOM container, so it cannot interfere with the page you are on — and it does not read that page's content. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party services: the extension talks only to Axel's own backend.
