Shows a trust grade for Amazon reviews on the page you're viewing. Flags patterns common in fake or incentivized reviews. See how trustworthy a product's Amazon reviews really are, before you buy. ReviewGuard reads the reviews already shown on the Amazon product page you're viewing and gives you an instant A–F trust grade, based on five transparent signals: • Verified purchase ratio • Rating distribution (an implausible pile-up of 5-star ratings) • Review timing (a burst of reviews posted the same day) • Duplicate or near-duplicate phrasing across reviews • Generic, templated "highly recommend!" language It also pulls out the single most-helpful negative review, and summarizes the recurring pros and cons mentioned across all the reviews — so you get the gist without reading fifty reviews yourself. Click "See flagged reviews" to jump straight to the reviews that triggered a flag. Click "Full breakdown" to see the score behind each of the five signals. WHY THIS EXISTS Two well-known Amazon review-trust tools (Fakespot's browser extension and Helium 10's Review Insights) were both discontinued in 2025, leaving a real gap for anyone who wants a quick trust signal before buying. WHAT IT IS NOT ReviewGuard uses transparent, rule-based heuristics — not machine learning. It's a helpful signal to look closer, not a guarantee. It only analyzes reviews that are actually rendered on the page you're viewing. PRIVACY ReviewGuard runs entirely in your browser. It collects no data, has no analytics, requires no account, and never sends anything to a server — see the privacy policy for details. Also works on Amazon's international sites, including the UK, Canada, Germany, India, and Australia.
