Autofill job applications with a résumé tailored to each job, and get real-time AI interview answers from your own experience. JobMatch AI helps you apply to more jobs with a résumé that fits each one — without giving up control. ON JOB BOARDS On LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and ZipRecruiter, a small JobMatch tag appears on each job. Press it and, before you spend anything, JobMatch shows: • Your fit — a quick keyword match against your own résumé, free. • Where the apply link really leads — the employer's own posting when it can be found, their careers site when it can't, and a plain warning when a listing comes from a staffing agency. Then, if you choose, it prepares a résumé tailored to that posting — and a cover letter if you want one — in your JobMatch account. It never invents experience: every line comes from your own résumé. ON ANY CAREERS SITE (optional) Turn on "Help on every site" in the side panel and JobMatch notices application forms and job postings on any company's careers site, and offers help with a small button in the corner. Press it and: • Your résumés — tailored ones and the ones in your Résumé Bank — are scored against the job on the page, best fit first. • Use the best one, or tailor a new one for that job. To spot forms and postings it looks at each page's layout; nothing is sent anywhere until you press its button. Chrome asks your permission once, and you can turn it off any time. ON APPLICATION FORMS Open the job's application form and press the JobMatch button. It fills in the answers you have given in your Application Profile and attaches the résumé you chose. When a site words a question its own way, JobMatch works out which standard question it is asking and answers it from your profile — and outlines those answers for you to check. Anything it doesn't know is highlighted for you to answer — it never guesses. A SIDE PANEL THAT STAYS OPEN JobMatch works in Chrome's side panel, so your résumé choice, fit and progress stay in view while you fill a form. VERIFICATION CODES When an employer's application system emails a code to your JobMatch application inbox, the side panel shows it beside that application, ready to copy. You paste it yourself — JobMatch never types a code into a form. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Prepare-only campaigns stop for your review. Auto-submit advances only campaigns where you explicitly enabled it and the visible form is complete and unblocked. • It reads a job when you press its tag, and a form when you press Fill. • It works with your own signed-in accounts; it never bypasses CAPTCHAs or security checks. LIVE INTERVIEW ASSIST Press the toolbar button to open JobMatch Live Interview in its own window — the same one the JobMatch desktop app runs: • An interview brief built from the job description: what the role expects, the language it uses, where your experience is strong, and the adjacent skills you can speak to honestly. • Answers written from your own résumé while the question is still being asked, every line checked against your record. • Move each panel wherever it suits, bring them back together with one click, or float the answer in a small always-on-top window above your meeting app. • Solve screen reads one image of the meeting tab you started from, only when you press it. It hears a meeting only when you share it through Chrome's own prompt. It is visible to anyone you share your entire screen with. Requires a free JobMatch AI account: https://jobmatchai.rcinc.app
