Anki vocabulary tool that allows to fetch all data about a single word and then adding it to Anki easily. Anki Vocab Tool is a powerful, streamlined utility designed to help Japanese learners build their vocabulary decks faster than ever. By searching for a word, the tool instantly fetches all essential data—including Reading, Furigana, Meaning, Example Sentences (which you can choose from 5 example sentences or less depending on how many are available), and Translations—allowing you to create perfectly formatted Anki cards in seconds. Also, you are free to choose what fields you need from the field mapping and you are not forced to have all the fields on the tool in your Anki. However, in order for the extension and the tool itself to work the following conditions has to be met: 1. Anki Must Be Running: The Anki desktop application must be open on your computer while using this tool. 2. AnkiConnect Installed: You must have the AnkiConnect add-on installed in your Anki application. Without this, the extension cannot communicate with your collection. 3. Correct Configuration: After installing this extension, click the Settings gear icon in the popup. you must choose from any of the decks you have in your Anki as well as the note type you want to use for the current deck. Also, in the Field Mapping page in settings you are allowed to remove or add the fields as you want.
