Description
Captures patient data from Gentu and copies to clipboard in various formats. Save time on every patient. Stop switching tabs and retyping data. If you work with Gentu.io and regularly enter patient details into Inteleviewer, referral letters, clinical forms, or billing software — you know the drill. Open the patient profile, read the name, switch tabs, type it in. Back for the DOB. Back again for the phone number. Again for Medicare. Over and over, for every patient. GentuCopy eliminates that entire process. One click copies exactly the data you need, in exactly the format you need it, straight to your clipboard. Just paste and move on. ——— WHAT IT DOES ——— GentuCopy sits in your Chrome toolbar. When you're viewing a patient profile on Gentu.io, click the icon and you'll see a simple popup with tiles. Each tile copies a different piece of patient data — or combination of data — formatted and ready to paste. No switching back and forth. No retyping. No transposition errors. ——— COPY FORMATS ——— Patient Details #1 — Labelled summary of all patient data: Name, Gender, DOB, Email, Phone, Address, Medicare, DVA, Insurance Perfect for clinical notes, referral letters, or patient intake forms. Patient Details #2 — The same data as comma-separated values without labels. Ideal for spreadsheets, CSV imports, or quick inline pasting. Inteleviewer Name — Patient name in Surname, Firstname format. Exactly what Inteleviewer expects. No more manually flipping names. Inteleviewer DOB — Date of birth in YYYYMMDD format. Ready to paste directly — no reformatting required. Mobile Number — Just the patient's mobile phone number. Email Address — Just the patient's email address. Mobile (International) — Mobile number in +61 international dialling format. For systems that require international formatting. ——— KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS ——— For power users, these shortcuts work whenever you're on a Gentu.io patient page — no need to open the popup: Ctrl+Shift+1 — Copy Patient Details #1 Ctrl+Shift+2 — Copy Inteleviewer Name Ctrl+Shift+3 — Copy Inteleviewer DOB Ctrl+Shift+4 — Copy Mobile (International) Open a patient profile, hit the shortcut, switch to Inteleviewer, paste. Done in under two seconds. ——— WHO IS THIS FOR? ——— GentuCopy is built for healthcare professionals, medical receptionists, practice managers, and clinical staff who use Gentu.io as their patient management system and regularly need to copy patient details into other systems — particularly Inteleviewer, but also referral platforms, billing software, clinical correspondence, or any system that requires patient demographic data. If you copy patient details from Gentu more than a few times a day, this extension will save you significant time and reduce data entry errors. ——— PRIVACY & SECURITY — YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR COMPUTER ——— This extension was built for healthcare environments where patient data privacy is non-negotiable. 100% Local Processing — The extension reads patient data directly from the page you're already viewing, formats it, and copies it to your clipboard. No data is sent anywhere. No network requests are made. Ever. No Data Storage — The extension does not store any patient data. No local storage, cookies, session storage, IndexedDB, or any other persistence mechanism is used. No Analytics or Tracking — Zero network activity. No telemetry, no phone-home, no usage tracking of any kind. Minimal Permissions — Only the "activeTab" permission is requested.
