Authorized UDISE and Rajasthan PSP tools for ShalaPro schools. ShalaPro Browser Assistant is the secure Chrome companion for the ShalaPro Windows application. It provides a side-panel connection between Chrome and the locally installed ShalaPro desktop application. Authorized users can check whether ShalaPro is running, signed in, connected to a school, entitled to Browser Assistant features, and using a compatible version. Security and control: - Communicates with the local ShalaPro installation using Chrome Native Messaging. - Does not expose the ShalaPro desktop authentication token, local database path, or unrestricted student data to Chrome. - Remains disabled when access is unavailable, revoked, outdated, or temporarily suspended. - Does not automate passwords, login, OTPs, or CAPTCHA. Requirements: - ShalaPro for Windows must be installed and running. - The user must sign in to ShalaPro and select an authorized school. - Browser Assistant access must be enabled for that school. Portal-assisted workflows are available only when explicitly enabled and supported.
