Imports candidates from Dayforce Recruiting into the CATS applicant tracking system, with duplicate checks and screening data. StaffHive Recruiter connects Dayforce Recruiting and CATS so you never have to manually copy a candidate between them. WHAT IT DOES • Import a candidate from Dayforce into CATS in one click — name, contact info, resume, and screening answers all come across together. • Riley (built-in AI) reads their screening answers and resume, matches them against your open CATS jobs, and flags whether they're qualified before you import — so you're not importing candidates you'd reject anyway. • Push a candidate the other way — from CATS into Dayforce — as a new application against any currently open requisition, resume attached. • Cross-check: opening a CATS candidate automatically checks whether they've also applied through Dayforce, and shows their screening answers right there. If the default check misses someone (e.g. added directly in Dayforce by another recruiter), a manual "Recheck Dayforce" does a live check instead. • Re-run enrichment on a CATS candidate at any time to re-read their resume and refresh their trade, certifications, and hiring-manager summary. • See a candidate's activity history — calls, texts, emails, meetings, status changes — right in the panel, without opening them in CATS. Collapsed to the last few by default, expand to see the rest. HOW TO USE IT 1. Install the extension and open the puzzle-piece icon in your Chrome toolbar to pin it. 2. Click the icon, paste the access token your administrator gave you, and save. 3. Open Dayforce Recruiting and click into any candidate. The side panel opens automatically and shows what it found — resume, screening answers, and Riley's read on whether they're a fit. 4. Review it, then click "Import to CATS" (or "Import Anyway" if Riley flagged concerns you want to override). 5. To push a candidate from CATS into Dayforce instead: open their CATS profile, and if they're not already in Dayforce the panel will show a "Push to Dayforce" option with a list of currently open requisitions to choose from. 6. Once an import starts, you don't have to sit and wait for it — move straight on to the next candidate and it keeps working in the background. Check the "Processing" tab any time to see what's running or already finished, and open a completed candidate directly from there. (If you jump back and forth between candidates quickly, the scan can occasionally need a manual re-trigger on a page you've already visited — the import itself still works fine either way.) WHO IT'S FOR Recruiters who work candidates through Dayforce and CATS and want the tedious back-and-forth handled automatically. Dayforce and CATS are the first pair supported — job boards and other talent platforms are planned next. ACCESS This extension requires a personal access token issued by your StaffHive administrator — it will not work without one, and no candidate data is shared outside your organization's own systems.
