Description
One click: any web table to clean Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. Merged cells split, headers fixed, no row limits. Copy any table on the web into Excel, Google Sheets or CSV, in one click, already clean. TableSnap is completely free: no row limits, no account, no sign-up. Click the TableSnap icon (or press Alt+Shift+T). TableSnap finds every table on the page, highlights the biggest one, and shows you a clean preview. Press Copy and paste it straight into your spreadsheet: every cell lands in the right place. WHY TABLESNAP • No row limits. Copy, CSV and real Excel (.xlsx) downloads work for any table size. • Fixes messy tables: merged cells (rowspan/colspan) are split into proper rows and columns, two-row headers are combined ("Q3 2026 – Revenue"), and footnote markers like [1] are removed. • Works on HTML tables, modern ARIA data grids, and long lists. • Google Sheets in one step: copies the table and opens a new Sheet. Just paste. • Capture all pages: follows "Next" and "Load more" buttons or infinite scroll, then merges and de-duplicates every row. • Batch export: every table on the page goes into one Excel workbook, one sheet each. • Smart clean: "$1,204" becomes the number 1204, "(12)" becomes -12, "15%" becomes 0.15, "Oct 1, 2026" becomes 2026-10-01, and empty columns and duplicate rows are dropped. • Copy as Markdown or JSON. • Private by design: it only runs when you click it, makes no network requests, and your table data never leaves your browser. PERMISSIONS activeTab + scripting: read the tables on the page you're on, only when you click. storage: a local usage counter for an occasional "rate us" tip. No host permissions, no access to your other tabs or browsing history. Questions or a table that doesn't come out right? Email ryansmith+tablesnap@mail.grokbot.com.
