Automatically opens sensitive sites in Incognito mode. # Automatic Incognito: The Ultimate Privacy-First Browsing Extension ## Take Control of Your Digital Footprint with Seamless, Automated Incognito Redirection In today’s hyper-connected world, privacy isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity. We all have those websites we visit that we’d rather not have lingering in our browser history, search suggestions, or cookie jars. Whether it’s sensitive financial portals, healthcare information, personal research, or simply gift shopping for a spouse, manually remembering to open an Incognito window every single time is a friction-filled process that is prone to human error. One slip-up, and your private business is etched into your local browser data. Introducing **Automatic Incognito**, the sophisticated yet lightweight Chrome extension designed to automate your privacy. By bridging the gap between standard browsing and Incognito mode, Automatic Incognito ensures that your most sensitive web interactions stay private, every single time, without you having to lift a finger. --- ### How It Works: Your Private Guard in the Background Automatic Incognito operates on a simple yet powerful premise: **Automated Intelligence.** Once installed, you can curate a "Privacy List" of domains that you consider sensitive. The extension monitors your navigation requests in real-time. The moment you attempt to navigate to a domain on your list in a standard window, Automatic Incognito springs into action: 1. It immediately cancels the request in the standard window before any data is sent or received. 2. It instantly triggers the creation of a new Incognito window. 3. It reopens the requested URL within that secure, isolated environment. 4. It closes the original tab in the standard window, leaving no trace behind. <!-- --> This process happens in milliseconds, providing a seamless transition that feels like a natural part of your browsing experience while providing robust protection against accidental history logging. --- ### Key Features and Benefits #### 1\. Proactive Privacy Protection Stop worrying about "forgetting" to go Incognito. Automatic Incognito acts as your secondary fail-safe. By intercepting requests at the navigation level, it prevents the browser from even beginning to log the visit in your standard profile. This means no cookies are set in your main session, no history entries are created, and no cache files are stored on your disk for those specific sites. #### 2\. Customizable "Privacy List" Every user has different privacy needs. Our minimalist management interface allows you to add or remove domains with ease. Want your banking site to always be private? Add it. Want to keep your medical research off your shared family computer? Add it. The extension supports both exact domain matches and subdomains, ensuring comprehensive coverage for complex web platforms. #### 3\. Intelligent Subdomain Matching Privacy isn't just about the main page. Automatic Incognito is built with intelligent matching logic. If you add "example.com" to your list, the extension is smart enough to protect "sub.example.com" as well. This ensures that even as you navigate deeper into a service, your privacy remains intact. #### 4\. Seamless User Experience We believe that security shouldn't come at the cost of usability. Automatic Incognito is designed to stay out of your way. There are no annoying popups, no complex configurations, and no impact on your browser's performance. The transition to Incognito is smooth and fast, allowing you to focus on your tasks while we handle the security. #### 5\. Manifest V3 Compliant & Secure Built on the latest Chrome Extension architecture (Manifest V3), Automatic Incognito adheres to the highest standards of security and performance. It uses modern service workers and the `webNavigation` API to provide efficient, reliable redirection without the overhead of older, more intrusive methods. #### 6\. Zero Tracking, Total Privacy Your "Privacy List" is yours and yours alone. Automatic Incognito stores all your settings locally on your device using `chrome.storage.local`. We do not track your browsing habits, we do not collect your sensitive domains, and we certainly do not sell your data. Our code is focused entirely on one goal: protecting your privacy locally. --- ### Why You Need Automatic Incognito **For the Professional:** Keep your business research and client portals separate from your personal browsing history. Avoid cross-pollination of cookies that can lead to tracking across different professional accounts. **For the Family:** If you share a computer with family members or roommates, Automatic Incognito is an essential tool. Ensure that your personal interests and sensitive searches don't pop up in the shared search bar or history. **For the Security-Conscious:** Reduce your local attack surface. By ensuring sensitive sites are always handled in Incognito, you minimize the amount of persistent session data stored on your machine, making it harder for local malware or unauthorized users to scrape your session info. --- ### Simple to Set Up, Simple to Use 1. **Install:** Add Automatic Incognito to your browser from the Chrome Web Store. 2. **Add Domains:** Click the extension icon and type in the domains you want to protect (e.g., `myhealth.com` or `bank.com`). 3. **Browse with Confidence:** Next time you click a link or type one of those addresses, watch as Automatic Incognito seamlessly moves you to a secure Incognito window. <!-- --> ### Join Thousands of Users Prioritizing Their Privacy Don't leave your digital privacy to chance.
