Description
Debug Salesforce Revenue Cloud live: pricing waterfalls, rule firings, product health, config diff. Read-only, in your session. ARM 360 is a developer toolkit for Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM, formerly Revenue Cloud Advanced). It adds a floating panel to your Salesforce org that shows, live, exactly what the Configurator, Pricing, Catalog, and Flow engines are doing, so you are not guessing why a price didn't update or a rule didn't fire. It runs in your own session with your own permissions. It reads your configuration and never creates, updates or deletes records. One action is available and only ever runs when you click it: refreshing a decision table, which triggers the same standard Salesforce refresh you would run from Setup. WHAT'S NEW IN 8.1 Admin tab bug fixes WHAT'S NEW IN 8.0 Appearance themes: choose Instrument, Daylight, Orchid or Salesforce, from the contrast button in the panel header. Every surface, control and status colour follows your choice, and it is remembered between sessions. Existing installs stay on Salesforce, which matches how the panel looked before, until you pick something else. Keyboard shortcut: open and close the panel with Ctrl+Shift+U, or Command+Shift+U on Mac. Rebind it any time at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Refresh a decision table without leaving the panel: every table in Procedures and Tables and in the Health tab's decision table issues now has its own Refresh button, and the list updates itself once the platform has finished. Redesigned navigation: each group now carries an icon and a live status count taken from checks you have actually run, so you can see where the problems are before opening anything. Groups that have not been checked show a dash rather than a zero, because an unchecked group is not the same as a healthy one An activity meter at the foot of the navigation shows calls captured in this session, so you can tell the panel is recording without opening Live Debug Collapse the navigation to icons only when you want the space back Excel export rebuilt as nine separate tabs, one table per tab, every one filterable and sortable. Price adjustment schedules are now exported in full, not only the ones with tier problems Six clear groups (Live Debug, Products, Pricing and Config, Health, Accounts, Admin) with two-level navigation Persona presets (Developer, Architect, Admin, QA, Business): see only the groups you work with, switch or customize any time under More Order Journey: an order's complete story on one screen. Status, orchestration submission, the full chain of related and amended orders, failed steps with exact error messages and what they're blocking downstream, and every line shown as a true amendment delta, not a misleading raw total Product 360: everything about one product on a single page, including an expandable Bundle Structure view. See every component group's level and cap, click to open the actual products inside it without leaving the page Check Product with one-click fix links that open the exact record behind a failing check, including bundle group structure checks Compare two products side by side, and Sellability (product against account) checks Asset Lifecycle timeline: initial sale, amendments, renewals, cancellations and state periods Config Snapshot and Diff: export your org's Revenue Cloud configuration as JSON and compare sandbox against production, keyed by API names Clear wording on every check, in plain business language The bottom dock can be narrowed (full, 75 percent or 55 percent, centered) so your page stays visible, and navigation stays pinned while you scroll LIVE DEBUG Timeline of every pricing, qualification and configuration call with timing, payload, and a smart response inspector Pricing Calls: full per-line pricing waterfall. See which pricing procedure fired and why, from list price to net Rule Events: constraint and qualification rule firings with resolved rule names Errors and Error History: all validation and server errors in one place, live and from the org's persisted log Qualification Results captured while browsing the catalog Record Context: account, quote, order and asset details on record pages Context Debug: what's actually live right now. The active pricing and discovery procedures, their contexts, and whether the wiring between them is intact PRODUCTS Product 360: selling models, prices, categories, attributes, bundle structure and rules for one product, on one page. Click into any bundle group to see exactly which products are inside it Check Product: scores a product against Revenue Cloud catalog best practices, with critical, important and advisory checks, plain-language fixes and one-click links to the record to correct Compare: two products side by side, showing exactly which checks one passes that the other fails Sellability: can this product be sold to this account. Readiness, qualification engine health, and every rule that targets it, shown next to the account's actual values PRICING AND CONFIG Procedures and Tables: pricing procedures, decision tables and their bindings, with sync health and a per-table Refresh button All Contexts: context definitions mapped to their procedures, with misconfigurations flagged before they break quoting Execution Log: every pricing API execution with success or failure status, searchable and filterable Rule Definitions: constraint, product configuration and qualification rules in one searchable list HEALTH A proactive, org-wide health tab that catches broken configuration before a rep ever hits it on a live quote or order: Colour-coded status at a glance, with an overall summary. Tap any number to jump straight to the affected products Org-wide scans for products missing an active Price Book Entry, Selling Model, or Category, plus Category to Catalog linkage, stale decision tables, tier gaps and overlaps, and bundles marked but never configured Bundle group structure checks: groups already at the platform's depth limit, and the rarer real violation of a group holding both direct products and a child group at once Price adjustment schedule review with active or inactive status Decision table issues now include a Refresh button on each affected table, so you can fix a stale table from the same screen that found it One-click Excel export of the whole org's product health: a real .xlsx with nine filterable tabs covering products, decision tables, procedure versions, tier gaps, adjustment schedules, org rules, qualification rules and config flow assignments, plus a summary Every check is lazy-loaded. Nothing runs until you ask for it ACCOUNTS Order Journey: an order's complete story. Header status, orchestration submission status, its full chain of related and amended orders, failed fulfillment steps with exact error messages and what they block downstream, and every line item with amendments shown as a real delta Asset Lifecycle: an asset's full story on a timeline. Initial sale, amendments, renewals, cancellations and state periods, exactly as the platform recorded them ADMIN Quick Setup Links: one-click deep-links to Pricing Setup, Context Definitions, Decision Tables, Pricing Recipes, Revenue Settings and the Product Index and Search Configuration page Find Resources: instant search for products, decision tables and expression sets Snapshot and Diff: export the org's Revenue Cloud configuration as diffable JSON. Capture in sandbox and production, then see exactly what drifted. Nothing is written or deployed My Access and User Access: your own Revenue Cloud permissions at a glance, plus a full assigned-versus-missing report for any user, with deep-links to fix gaps PANEL Dockable right or bottom, with a draggable resize handle, adjustable width, minimize, and a persistent on-page tab so it's always one click away Four appearance themes, remembered between sessions Keyboard shortcut to open and close, rebindable in Chrome Restricted users automatically get a focused, safe subset: live debugging plus their own access report Built for developers, admins, architects, QA and implementation consultants who need to debug ARM configurations quickly instead of digging through Apex debug logs. Privacy: Runs only on your Salesforce org domains (*.lightning.force.com, *.my.salesforce.com, *.visualforce.com and similar), so it won't load on Trailhead, Communities, or marketing sites. All data stays in your browser and is fetched using your own authenticated session against your own org's standard APIs. The panel reads your configuration and never creates, updates or deletes records. The single exception is the Refresh button on a decision table, which runs the standard Salesforce decision table refresh and only ever when you click it. No analytics, no tracking, no external servers.
