Open any webpage beside a live translation in the language you're learning. Panes scroll together, aligned paragraph by paragraph. Split Screen Translator turns any webpage into a side-by-side reading exercise for language learners. Open the split view and the page appears twice: the original on the left in your native language, and a live translation on the right in the language you're learning. Both sides scroll together and stay aligned paragraph by paragraph, so you can glance across to check your understanding without losing your place. HOW IT WORKS * Click the toolbar button or press Ctrl+Shift+Y (⌘+Shift+Y on Mac) on any page. * The right pane fills in as the translation arrives. Long articles translate progressively, top to bottom. * Scroll either side and the other follows, re-aligning in real time. * Press Esc or click Close to return to the normal page. MADE FOR REAL READING PRACTICE * Work through news, blogs, documentation, or fiction instead of textbook sentences. * Keep the original always in view, so you're testing your own comprehension rather than just reading a translation. * Set your native and target languages once in the options; change them anytime.
