Works on your own logged-in recruiter accounts on: ✦ Naukri (hiring.naukri.com) ✦ Indeed (employers.indeed.com) ✦ Shine (recruiter.shine.com) Two ways to import, depending on where you are: ✦ Pick individual candidates — on a job's applicants page, tick the exact candidates you want and import just those. ✦ Import whole jobs in bulk — on your jobs listing page, select one or more jobs and import every applicant from all of them in a single click. How it works: ✦ Sign in once with your Recruitkar.com account. ✦ Pick the destination job in your Recruitkar pipeline (or create a draft right from the picker). ✦ Choose your source — tick candidates, or select whole jobs to import. ✦ Click Import and watch them land in real time. Each candidate lands in your Recruitkar dashboard with their profile, skills, education, experience, and contact details (where the job board returned them on your existing account). Recruitkar's built-in AI scores each candidate against your job description automatically — no extra clicks. Built for recruiters who source on multiple platforms and want one unified pipeline. No copy-paste, no spreadsheet juggling. What you control: • Sign in with your own Recruitkar account. • Tick exactly the candidates you want — nothing is imported automatically. • Sign out anytime to disconnect the extension from your account. • Local cache is cleared on uninstall or with the Clear button. What we don't do: • We don't read any tab you haven't explicitly opened. • We don't send data to advertising or analytics services. • We don't store your job-board login credentials — only your Recruitkar.com authentication token, kept in your browser.
