Bring your firm's AI assistant to Gmail, Google Docs, and any browser tab. Grimnir Everywhere brings your firm's AI assistant out of the Gungnir app and into the browser tabs you already spend your day in. WHAT IT DOES Grimnir opens as a sidebar on any page — a full chat interface with the same firm memory, matter context, and AI agent access as the main Gungnir app. It works everywhere, and it's context-aware in two places specifically: • Gmail — when you open an email, Grimnir automatically sees the subject, sender, and message so you can ask "Draft a reply," "What matter is this about?," or "Create a billing entry for this." • Google Docs — when you're drafting or reviewing, Grimnir sees the document title and whatever text you've selected, so you can ask it to review a clause, suggest language, or extract key dates and obligations. QUICK ACTIONS A compact toolbar in the sidebar gives you one-click access to: • Matter Lookup — find a matter's status, next event, and assigned attorney • Create Billing Entry — log time without leaving your inbox • Check Conflicts — run a conflict check against your firm's client list • Start Intake — open a new client intake, pre-filled from Gmail context HOW IT AUTHENTICATES No separate login. If you're already signed in to Gungnir in this browser, the extension uses that same session automatically. If not, it shows a one-click "Sign in to Gungnir" prompt. WHO IT'S FOR Built for Philippine and Southeast Asian law firms using Gungnir. Requires an active Gungnir account — this extension is not a standalone product. PRIVACY Grimnir Everywhere reads page content only on Gmail and Google Docs, and sends it only to Gungnir's own backend, scoped to your firm's own account — never to a third party, never to Google, never for advertising.
