Description
Check a freelance contract for risky clauses and missing protections. 100% local, no account, no data leaves the browser. InkGuard checks a freelance contract for risky clauses and missing protections before you sign. Paste any contract text and it flags 11 common issues: IP transferring before full payment, Net 60/90/120 or pay-when-paid terms, missing kill fees, uncapped indemnity and liability, non-compete and non-solicit clauses, auto-renewal with no notice window, one-sided termination, missing late fees or pause rights, unlimited revisions, vague scope, and work-for-hire language. Each flag shows the matched wording, a plain-English explanation of what could go wrong, and counter-language you can propose to the client. InkGuard is 100% local: your contract never leaves your browser, no account, no data collected, no tracking.
