Open-source repository value analysis — project overview and quick navigation Should you adopt this GitHub repository — or just keep scrolling? Stars and a polished README are not enough. You still need to know what the project is, whether the community is maintained, where it sits in its ecosystem, and whether it is a fit for your stack. RepoWorth is a side panel for that first pass. It does not inject scripts into the GitHub page. Click the toolbar icon, sign in, search owner/repo, and read a structured project overview. What you see in the sidebar • Project positioning and lifecycle • Community health snapshot (activity, maintainers, issues, PRs, releases) • Ecosystem position, with public dependency / dependent signals when available • Activity trend and key metrics • A four-level recommendation: adopt, evaluate, watch, or caution • Saved repositories in My Projects Need the deeper report? Open the website from the panel. Tech stack, architecture (including a zoomable diagram), full ecosystem comparison, community health detail, refresh, and PDF export live on the web app — not in this extension. How to use it 1. Pin Github RepoWorth and open the side panel. 2. Sign in with GitHub or email (same account as https://repoworth.snaptools.cn). 3. Search a repository, or open one you already saved. 4. Read the overview and recommendation. 5. Jump to the website when you want the full five-dimension analysis.
