Templiyo adds a print button directly inside Zoho Books, so you can print, download, and email documents using your own Templiyo templates without leaving the page. Open any invoice, quote, sales order, credit note, delivery challan, or purchase order in Zoho Books and you'll find a Templiyo print option right in the document's action bar. One click opens an instant PDF preview rendered with your customized template. From there you can: - Print the PDF with the document number as the filename - Download the PDF - Switch between your Templiyo templates on the fly - Email the document to your customer, with an optional payment link - Jump to the full Templiyo print page when you need more options WHAT YOU NEED A Templiyo account (templiyo.com) with your Zoho Books organization connected. The extension signs in through your existing Templiyo web session; there is nothing extra to configure. It works on every Zoho Books region (.com, .eu, .in, .com.au, .jp, zohocloud.ca, .sa). WHY TEMPLIYO Templiyo lets you design beautiful, fully customized document templates for Zoho Books: your branding, your layout, your fields, in minutes.
