RoamGauge turns that question into four simple usage choices: maps and messaging, social media, short video, and video calls and hotspot use. Choose your destination and travel dates, then set how often you expect to use each category. RoamGauge will: • Estimate data use for each category. • Add a 20% reserve to reduce the risk of running out during your trip. • Recommend an appropriate data allowance and validity period. • Save your latest plan locally so you can return to it later. • Remind you to check eSIM support, carrier lock status, and installation timing. Privacy by design: every calculation runs locally in your browser. RoamGauge does not read the current page or browsing history and has no host permissions, analytics SDK, remote code, or account system. A future version may enable plan buttons only after a partner provides written approval for browser-extension traffic and a clear user benefit.
