Description
Form filler for QA: generate realistic valid, invalid & edge-case test data. Export bug reports, personas & test code. Fill any web form with realistic test data in one click — valid, invalid, or edge-case — then turn what you filled into bug reports, reusable personas, and Playwright/Cypress/Selenium code. Built for QA engineers, testers and developers who fill the same forms dozens of times a day. ⚡ FILL • Valid mode: realistic, internally consistent data — the email matches the generated name • Invalid mode: plausible-but-wrong data for negative testing • Edge cases: boundary values derived from each field's own constraints — exact and over max-length, unicode and emoji, SQL-injection and XSS strings, out-of-range numbers and dates • Respects HTML5 constraints (maxlength, pattern, min/max, required) and the page's declared language • Works with React, Vue and Angular controlled inputs, shadow DOM, iframes, rich-text editors, selects, radios and checkboxes • Fills only visible fields; optional "fill only empty fields" mode • Keyboard shortcuts: Alt+Shift+F (valid) and Alt+Shift+X (invalid) 📋 AFTER THE FILL • Copy a bug report of exactly what was filled — plain text, Markdown or JSON • 💻 Export the fill as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium code, using your data-testid / data-cy selectors where present • 👤 Save the generated identity as a persona and reuse it across signup → checkout → profile flows • Clear the last fill with one click 🧰 YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES • Custom field rules: map field-name patterns to fixed values (dots and dashes matched literally) • Email domain override: route every generated email address to your own test-inbox domain • CSV upload for team-specific data sets (separate valid and invalid sets, templates included) 🤖 AI, YOUR WAY • Bring your own key for Groq, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Cerebras or Mistral — or stay fully local with Ollama / LM Studio, a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or the browser's built-in on-device model • A one-click connection test verifies your key and endpoint • Everything also works with AI switched off: CSV and built-in generators are always available 🚀 GETTING STARTED 1. Open any page with a form, right-click, choose "Fill Form (Valid Data)" — that's it. No account, no setup, nothing to configure. 2. Optional: open the popup to pick an AI provider and paste your own API key for context-aware, localized data. The popup always shows which data source will be used. 3. After a fill, the "After the Fill" section copies a bug report or test code, saves the identity as a persona, or clears exactly what was filled. 🎯 MADE FOR • QA engineers running manual regression passes over signup, checkout, onboarding and admin forms • Developers who need a staging form populated for the hundredth time today • Automation engineers bootstrapping Playwright, Cypress or Selenium scripts from a real manual session • Support and product people reproducing a bug with a clean, disposable identity 🔒 PRIVACY No servers, no analytics, no tracking. With AI enabled, form context is sent only to the one provider you chose, using your own API key — passwords never leave the page, and fields covered by your custom rules are never sent at all. Fully local operation is available at any time. ABOUT THE PERMISSIONS Chrome will note that this extension can access the websites you visit. That access exists for one reason: reading a form's fields and typing values into them when you trigger a fill. There is no background activity, no browsing-history collection, and no developer server — the full privacy policy is linked on this page. ❓ FAQ • Do I need an account or API key? No. The extension is fully functional offline with its built-in generators and CSV support. An API key (free tiers exist) unlocks AI-generated, context-aware data. • Does it work on my internal/staging sites? Yes — it runs wherever you invoke it, including iframes and shadow DOM. • Does it work with custom form components? It sets values the way real typing does (native setter plus input/change/blur events), so React, Vue and Angular controlled inputs, web components and rich-text editors register them. • What about non-English forms? With AI mode on, generated data follows the page's declared language — names, phone formats and postal codes localize automatically. • What exactly is a persona? One generated identity (name, email, address…) saved once and reused across multi-step flows, so the signup and the checkout belong to the same "person". • Can all generated emails land in one inbox? Yes — set an email domain override (e.g. yourteam-qa.example) and every generated address uses it. • Where does my data go? Nowhere, unless you enable AI mode — then form context goes only to the provider you picked, with your key. See the privacy policy for the exact field-by-field list.
