Long AI chats slow down near the context limit, the next person cannot read 200 messages to catch up, and a fresh assistant keeps re-suggesting ideas you already ruled out. Most chat exporters just dump the raw transcript, which moves the mess somewhere else. This keeps the state and the decisions, not the mess. HOW IT WORKS Click the Fold button on your open chat.
