Highlight X (x.com / twitter.com) accounts based on follower count and show an integer K/M follower badge. - Badge: integer `K/M` (rounded) - Tiers: 10K+ / 100K+ / 1M+ - Local user library: collects public user info you see while browsing (timeline/search/recommendations; followers/location/category/website/bio) and provides a local dashboard to filter/export/clear - No extra requests: reads data only from X’s own page requests - Local only: stored in `chrome.storage.local`; no data is sent anywhere (and can be cleared anytime)
