Starboard syncs starred repositories from GitHub, caches them locally for instant loading, and optionally uses Gemini to read repository READMEs, organize repositories into collections, and create concise usage insights. Browse with a visual gallery or a compact table, filter by language and collection, and sort by popularity or recency. Your credentials and cached library stay in your browser profile. Starboard has no developer-operated backend.
