Prepares Google Voice reply drafts for authorized practice staff. Review and send messages yourself. OWS Reply Helper prepares Google Voice reply drafts for authorized Indian River Primary Care staff. It checks the signed-in practice account, recipient phone number and empty message box before inserting a CCM manager introduction or supported reply opening. Existing drafts are left unchanged. Staff review the recipient and wording, finish their response and press Send themselves. The extension never sends messages automatically. Supported original-text reply links can quote a uniquely identified incoming message loaded in the conversation. Older messages may require scrolling. The helper operates on the current Google Voice message page. It makes no independent network requests and does not grant access to the CCM Optimization Dashboard.
