Remembers which post you shared in which group, and warns you before you post the same thing twice. Group Helper quietly remembers every post you put in a Facebook group — the text, the group name and the date — so you never have to guess "did I already post this here?" again. WHAT IT DOES • Saves automatically. Write your post in a group and click Post. That is it. The text, the group and the time are saved. • Warns you before you repeat yourself. Open a group you have posted in before and you see "Last post here: 3 days ago". If you are about to post the same text twice in the same group, you get a clear red warning BEFORE you press Post. • Shows where a text has already been. "This text is already in: Group A, Group B" — so you can spread your posts instead of doubling up. • One place for everything. Search every post you have ever made by text or by group name. • Export whenever you want. Markdown or CSV, plus a full JSON backup you can restore later. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It does not post for you. It does not like, comment, join groups or automate anything on Facebook. You do the posting; this only remembers it. • It does not read your messages, your friends, your feed or your password. • It does not send your data anywhere. Everything stays in your own browser storage. ADVANCED (OPTIONAL) There is an optional "Find groups" tab that asks a Claude AI assistant running locally on your own computer to suggest which kinds of groups to search for. It only works if you run that local helper yourself — if you do not, simply ignore that tab. Nothing else in the extension needs it. Made for people who post in groups every week and cannot keep it all in their head.
