A simple browser extension to extract highlighted passages and their surrounding context from Kindle Cloud Reader. Kindle Context Clipper extracts highlights locally and capture the surrounding sentences—all offline, ready to export. The app is designed to help with language learning: simply exporting the annotations makes it more difficult to study the vocabulary because it lacks the context. This extension exports the Kindle annotations with the surrounding context: the sentence where the annotation is, the sentence before and after. It currently supports English, German, Russian, French, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
